Do you have any large houses by the sea for 12 or more guests?

Many of our houses have sea views, with some even allowing access directly onto the beach from the garden. Other houses, like Great Oak Barn in Kent, are just a short drive from the coast, so you can include a day at the seaside in your holiday agenda.

Do any of your houses sleeping 12 or more have ground floor bedrooms?
Yes, we have a wide choice of houses with ground floor ensuite bedrooms. Many of our guests stay with extended family and welcome the fact that they can choose a property where there is at least one ground floor ensuite room. It can save elderly grandparents having to climb the stairs or be ideal for anyone with limited mobility. A small number of houses have a fully accessible downstairs bedroom with space and provision for people with disabilities and wheelchair users.
