We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Eastwold Barn just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 5pm if checking out on a Sunday).
There is parking for 8 cars at the property.
Children are very welcome at Eastwold Barn. Three travel cots and two highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the swim spa pool.
Up to four well-behaved dogs are allowed at Eastwold Barn, subject to a fee of £25 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
Respectful hen and stag parties are permitted at Eastwold Barn.
Additional day guests may be permitted by prior agreement only, for an additional charge of £10 per person. Please contact us to discuss on 01242 352747.
There is step free access into Eastwold Barn and a ramp is available for steps on the ground floor. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor (see list of bedrooms PDF above) has a door wide enough for a wheelchair. The shower room has space for a wheelchair to pull in and there are grab rails and a shower chair, but please note there is a shower cubicle to negotiate.
Yes, you can order online with Asda, Sainsbury's or Tesco for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Please note, there is additional accommodation on the estate which may be occupied during your stay. This has private access and grounds and does not share any facilities with Eastwold Barn (except the access from the road).
The nearest train stations are Seamer (9 miles) or Malton (12.5 miles).
The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford (60 miles).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £500 during your stay at Eastwold Barn. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
