When you hear the call of the sea, answer with a stay at Sea Dragon. This is no mythical mirage; it’s a spectacular holiday home for up to 22 guests, right on the beach in West Sussex. Soak up sea views from every almost every room and enjoy home comforts too. White walls, sea-blue accents and nautical detailing bring the outside in and, likewise, decorative pebbles in the garden match the pebble beach, blurring the boundary between land and sea.
Sea Dragon is a house that brings you together for good times. Mingle in the fabulous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with sea views ever-present through the folding doors. Play pool in the games room or gather for a movie in the purpose-built cinema room.
Outside, take the kayaks and paddle boards out to sea or quietly disappear into the sauna. Sink into the two hot tubs, lie back in a hammock or gather round the firepit. On the terrace, the two pizza ovens and two brick-built barbecues should do it for lively al fresco meals, and you can use the garden room for parties, yoga or all-weather dining. While the children enjoy the trampoline, make up cocktails and sip them at one of the many outdoor seating areas, savouring the sea air, the views and your own good fortune.
Bedtime’s a delight, in coastal themed rooms, many of which look out across the sea. Choose from four-posters, comfy king-sized beds, twin beds and bunk beds. Enjoy bathrobes and premium toiletries in the ensuite bathrooms and sink into slumber to the lap of the waves. Sea Dragon is designed for a seaside escape to cherish forever.

What to Expect
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Sea Dragon just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 4pm if checking out on a Sunday).

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for 10 cars at the property.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Sea Dragon. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Children's cutlery and crockery are also provided. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the proximity of the sea and the hot tubs in the garden.

Are pets allowed?
One well-behaved dog is allowed at Sea Dragon (two on request), subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Stag parties are not permitted at Sea Dragon. Respectful hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss on 01242 352747.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose, Tesco or Sainsbury's for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
There are dining tables in the house dining area and the 'outdoor' garden room which both seat up to 22 guests comfortably. There's also an outdoor dining table under the pergola that seats up to 22 guests.

The nearest train stations are Chichester (7 miles), Ford (8 miles), Littlehampton (9 miles) or Arundel (11 miles).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Sea Dragon. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
