The mingling of ancient and modern continues throughout Newburrow Farm; old oak beams and doors meet new oak floors and superfast broadband, inglenook fireplaces house flatscreen TVs, and the rustic dining table is illuminated by a crazy cutlery lighting feature.
Gather on the terrace for a barbecue or sink into the two large hot tubs and gaze across the green fields. With a half-acre of garden, there’s space for the children to run about while you unwind.

What to expect
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Newburrow Farm just perfect. In all of our large cottages to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is at 10am on the day of your departure (or 3pm if checking out on a Sunday).

Are pets allowed?
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Newburrow Farm, subject to a fee of £25 per dog. More dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement. Please note dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings.

Is the property suitable for a stag or hen party?
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only by prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I book an online supermarket delivery?
Yes, you can arrange for a local supermarket to deliver to the property any time during your stay. We ask that the time booked is after your check-in time, as it’s possible the housekeeper won’t be at the property before that time.
