We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Newburrow Farm just perfect. In all of our large cottages to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

The check-in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is at 10am on the day of your departure (or 3pm if checking out on a Sunday).
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Newburrow Farm, subject to a fee of £25 per dog. More dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement. Please note dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings.
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only by prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us to discuss.
Yes, you can arrange for a local supermarket to deliver to the property any time during your stay. We ask that the time booked is after your check-in time, as it’s possible the housekeeper won’t be at the property before that time.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £850 during your stay. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
