At Big House Experience we’re all about creating exceptional experiences for our guests. We do that by offering a first-class service, both to our guests and to our house owners too. We work hard to ensure that guests find the right property and then we continue to assist them at every step of the way to ensure they have a wonderful time. This means that our relationships with our owners are close and collaborative.

We’re always on the look-out for truly exceptional large houses to rent that we can add to our curated collection. If you own a beautiful property that can accommodate 10+ guests, and your house has the ‘wow’ factor, we’d love to hear from you.

At Big House Experience we understand that each home is unique and loved by its owners.  We’re here to work with you and to understand your house inside and out. And we work hard to ensure we bring you the right guests for your house.

The best, not the biggest

Our mission is to be the very best agency in our market, not the biggest. That means your house won’t be drowned out by a huge list of 100s of properties. Instead you’ll be part of a carefully curated collection and we’ll be able to talk to guests positively and knowledgeably about your house.

All year round

Many of our owners like to be full all year round. To make this happen, we’ve set in place strategies that create demand for booking on every day of the week, right through the calendar year. We’ve got a fantastic reputation with companies looking for mid-week stays, private individuals looking for a weekend celebration and those looking to book for longer stays too.

Pay only for results

There’s no charge to join our collection, we simply charge a very competitive rate of commission when we generate bookings for you.

What are we looking for?

We hand-pick our collection of properties to ensure that each one is guaranteed to impress our guests. We’re looking for remarkable houses that can accommodate over 10 guests. There are many factors that might make your house remarkable. It may be the stunning location, the beautiful interior design or the historic significance. As you’ll see from our Luxury Six selection criteria, ultimately, we’re looking to offer our guests a truly memorable experience.
