Lincolnshire Buck Hero 1

The Lincolnshire Buck North of England

Throw a party in your own private pub

The Lincolnshire Buck is an 18th century riverside inn, newly refurbished as an exclusive-use venue for up to 40 guests. If you’ve ever fancied having your own pub, complete with pool table, piano and arcade games, here’s your chance to live the dream, for a few nights at least.

Pour your drinks in the pub lounge or the cosy piano bar and, while the nostalgia buffs rediscover the simple joys of Pacman in the games area, move out to the riverside terrace and relax in the sunshine. There are also cosy corners to sit with a book or watch TV, giant Scrabble on the wall, a dart board, and a library of board games. And for parties, the large dining and function area becomes your dance floor. When it’s time to call last orders, the 15 boutique-style bedrooms upstairs offer the comfort of luxury Hypnos beds, and there are two ground floor sofa beds (also Hypnos) in the adjoining cottage.

Catering is a pleasure in the high-end kitchen, complete with ample Neff appliances and pub pews at the breakfast table. It’s even easier if you hire a private chef or local caterer, and they’ll love the kitchen.

Your base is the bustling town of Brigg, with restaurants, independent shops and traditional market stalls all within walking distance. Golfers can visit the club up the road, walkers can set off for a 10-mile riverbank hike, and everyone else can enjoy pub life.

With the large bar area central to the atmosphere, The Lincolnshire Buck is designed for sociable, celebratory events. If you have a big birthday to celebrate, a special anniversary or even a wedding, it’s the perfect venue.

Topleft Bottomright

This is a fantastic conversion of a characterful waterfront inn, perfect for celebrations, get-togethers or events thanks to its large function space and original bar area, with the added bonus of a town centre location.
