In a secluded rural idyll, on the edge of the genteel coastal town of Sandwich in Kent, Great Oak Farm offers luxury accommodation in a series of lovingly restored farm buildings, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Three self-contained properties, a stunning pool room and one acre of beautifully maintained gardens are exclusively yours. The heart of the development is Brick Barn, where exposed wooden beams, crisp, comfortable furnishings and double height picture windows bring history and luxury together. With seven ensuite bedrooms, a huge, galleried living room and a state-of-the-art kitchen, this is where you can gather for meals, games and easy socialising. The self-contained Cartlodge has three further bedrooms and a wealth of rustic features and The Stables is a funky one bed bolthole, for tranquillity amidst the hubbub. Outside, sunbathe in the walled garden, stage family fun in the one-acre grounds or take time to simply enjoy the scent of the many roses. Oh, and that pool room! With a 9-metre spa pool, a gym, two smart changing rooms and lots of comfy seating, it’s like having your own private spa day.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Great Oak Farm. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
