Fill the huge open plan living area - vaulted beams soaring above you - with fun and chatter, playing pool at one end, relaxing on soft leather sofas in the middle and gathering round the chunky dining table at the other end. You’re twice warmed by the log burner which stands between the dining and living room areas.
Sociable as it is, this central party room is just one of the entertainment zones at Woldfoot Farm. Another is the 12-person indoor party spa! Grab the prosecco and enjoy laughs and bubbles together. Next door, in the games room, dodge the darts match and grab the bats for a game of table tennis. The ping pong table is in front of you on the patio, where you can also fire up the barbecue while the children explore the garden and play on the swings and slide. Later, sink into the outdoor hot tub and relax.
At bedtime, a ground floor ensuite is perfect for anyone who needs extra accessibility, while the first and second floors house between them six spacious bedrooms with a combination of sleeping options, a shared luxury bathroom and two shower rooms.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 5pm if checking out on a Sunday).

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for 6 cars at Woldfoot Farm.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Woldfoot Farm. One wooden cot, two travel cots and two highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the swim spa pool, hot tub and play area.

Are pets allowed?
Up to four well-behaved dogs are allowed at Woldfoot Farm, subject to a fee of £25 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Respectful hen and stag parties are permitted at Woldfoot Farm.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Asda, Sainsbury's or Tesco for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
The dining table can seat up to 16 guests.

Are additional day guests allowed at the property?
Additional day guests may be permitted by prior agreement only, for an additional charge of £10 per person. Please contact us to discuss on 01242 352747.

Are any of the rooms accessible for those with limited mobility?
There is step free access into Woldfoot Farm and the ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has doors wide enough for a wheelchair. The shower room has space for a wheelchair to pull in and there are grab rails and a shower chair, but please note there is a shower cubicle to negotiate (please see the list of bedrooms PDF above).

Are there any other residents who live on site?
Please note, there is additional accommodation on the estate which may be occupied during your stay. This has private access and grounds and does not share any facilities with Woldfoot Farm (except the access from the road).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £500 during your stay at Woldfoot Farm. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
