We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Cromarty House just perfect. In all of our country houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a family group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Cromarty House, and check out is 10am.
The parking area can comfortably accommodate 15 cars.
Children are very welcome at Cromarty House. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children due to the hot tub in the grounds.
Up to five well-behaved dogs are allowed at Cromarty House, at no extra charge. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead in the gardens due to livestock in the fields surrounding the property.
Mature hen and stag parties are sometimes permitted, subject to prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
Yes, you can order online with Sainsbury's or Tesco for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
The large, bright conservatory gives you space to all dine together as a group, with tables that can seat up to 22 guests.

Known for its nice ales and gourmet table restaurant. They also have regular live music and outdoor seating.
A long bar with quite a few tables and a restaurant section at the back. Occasional live music.
A popular choice with a separate bar attached to the hotel. They offer a variety of ales and beers, snacks, and have Sky Sports available. Music is played every night and sometimes during the day at weekends.
A bit more expensive but has plenty of room and caters for larger groups.
A smaller bar area that primarily caters to food, but they have a great selection of ales, especially since it's owned by the Cairngorm brewery.

Cromarty House is located on a large country estate where there are also three small, luxury self-catering lodges in the grounds (approximately 200m away). Cromarty House has its own private entrance and grounds.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Cromarty House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
