Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Rippon Hall, and check out is at 10am.
There is plenty of space for around 12 cars at Rippon Hall. There is also a high speed EVC point.
Yes, pets are welcome and cost £50 per pet. Guests should be aware that there is livestock in the fields surrounding the property, so pets must be kept on a lead at all times around the property.
Yes. Two cots (one travel cot and one proper cot) and two highchairs are available - please bring your own cot linen.
Well behaved hen and stag parties are sometimes permitted, but only by prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
The pool is 8.5 metres by 4 metres. The pool is open all year but is only heated from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Norwich Station is about 26 minutes' drive from the property.
Norwich Airport is about 13 minutes' drive from the property.
Fireworks or Chinese lanterns are not permitted at Rippon Hall, due to the rural location of the house and livestock in surrounding fields.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Rippon Hall. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
