The Vineyard Hero

The Vineyard Heart of England

Shropshire views from a hillside vineyard

If you like peace, privacy and far reaching views, stay at The Vineyard in Shropshire. And if you like good wines, all the better; this exquisite collection of restored farm buildings, and an optional glamping pod, is on the edge of an award-winning vineyard. The accommodation, the views and the wine are all to die for, and there’s room for up to 28 guests.

The buildings have been sensitively restored and refurbished with contemporary comforts, such as the Sonos sound system and Hypnos beds. The Grange is a Georgian gem. A calm, clean colour palette and high quality furnishings create a sense of luxury. The seven double bedrooms are ensuite and the master suite even has its own steam room. The Farmhouse has more colourful interiors, with no fewer than three reception rooms and an orangery with panoramic views. There’s accommodation here for up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms. A comfortable apartment sleeps a further four and you can also book the glamping lodge for two if your numbers grow (additional charge for the glamping lodge).

Fill your days playing tennis, dipping into the heated swimming pool and hot tub, working out in the gym, or sitting in the farmhouse summer room or the viewing terrace to gaze over the gardens and countryside. Walk up to the vineyard next door to arrange a private tour and wine tasting and enjoy lunch or dinner in the restaurant, where everything is cooked from the scratch and the views are spectacular.

If you have a large group, combining families or friends, The Vineyard is ideal, giving space and privacy with many shared facilities to enjoy. All this in a beautiful setting on the edge of a vineyard. Perfect!
