We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Kingswell House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a family group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Yes. One highchair and one travel cot are available - please bring your own cot linen.
Fireworks or Chinese lanterns are not permitted at Kingswell House, due to the rural location of the house and livestock in surrounding fields.
Yes, additional day guests are permitted by prior arrangement. Please ask before booking. Up to 10 day guests, where permitted, do not attract any additional fee. A fee of £25 per day guest is applicable to numbers in excess of 10 guests.
Sorry, Kingswell House is not suitable for hen or stag parties. We politely ask that this is respected.
There is plenty of space for around 12 cars at Kingswell House.
Stafford is about 30 minutes' drive from the property.
Birmingham Airport is about a 1 hour drive from Kingswell House.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £500 during your stay at Kingswell House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747. When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 3 months prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 3 months of your stay).
