Up to two dogs are welcome at Butley Farmhouse, but must be pre-arranged, and are subject to a £25 fee per dog.
The nearest mainline train station is Woodbridge station, a 15-minute drive from the property. It's a 1.5-hour train journey from London's Liverpool Street station to Woodbridge.
Yes, children are very welcome at Butley Farmhouse and a cot and high chair are available.
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
Yes. The Oyster Inn Butley is just a mile away (about 25 minutes' walk).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Butley Farmhouse. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
Yes. We suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
There is lovely dining table at Butley Farmhouse that can seat up to 20 guests. There is a smaller dining table in the kitchen.
