We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Combe House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
There is parking for 10 cars at the property.
Yes, you can order online with Tesco or Sainsbury's for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Children are very welcome at Combe House. Please bring your own cots and highchairs. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the hot tub area.
Respectful hen and stag parties are sometimes permitted, subject to prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at Combe House.
The dining table in the formal dining hall seats up to 14 guests. There is another dining table in the snug which can seat up to 16 guests.

Please note, the east and west wings, which are separate from the main house, are occupied by the owner and one long term tenant. The west courtyard is occupied by the owner and access is not permitted for guests, while the east courtyard has shared parking. However, the drive and main entrance in front of the house plus the 19 acres around the house are completely private for guests’ use including the walled garden. The house is surrounded by 700 acres of tenanted farmland where guests can enjoy long walks and direct access to the River Isle.

It is possible to hold events or wedding receptions at Combe House for an additional charge, subject to prior agreement with the owner (please note the property doesn't currently have a wedding licence for ceremonies). The maximum capacity for indoor events is 80 guests. The maximum capacity if using an outdoor marquee is 300 guests. Please contact us for further details.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Combe House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
