Burrell Park

Burrell Park The South West

A WILTSHIRE CHARMER WITH A POOL AND A HOT TUB

Close your eyes and picture the perfect country house for a group getaway. Chances are it’s a beautiful Georgian manor with elegant reception rooms for socialising, sumptuous bedrooms, and landscaped gardens with a fountain on the lake. Open your eyes and take a look at Burrell Park, which has all this and much more.

This well-proportioned manor has no trouble keeping up to 24 guests entertained and relaxed. Spend your days splashing in the outdoor heated pool, relaxing in the steam room and hot tub, or discovering nature in the 100-acres of formal gardens, parkland and woodland. Get competitive on the five-a-side football pitch, the croquet lawn or tennis court, or head indoors for the gym, snooker table and table tennis. Flop onto the sofa in the cinema room if you prefer something a little less energetic.

The social side of your getaway is well covered by a large, comfortable drawing room, a well-equipped kitchen and many indoor and outdoor dining areas. Then there’s the amazing cellar nightclub where you can dance the night away to your favourite DJ tunes. This is one of the many features that makes Burrell Park ideal for a party, wedding or other big event.

The 11 bedrooms are served by eight smart bathrooms, some with copper bathtubs and walk-in showers and all with fluffy bathrobes and Aspinal of London products. There are a further two bedrooms in an attached cottage.

Burrell Park is near the Cotswolds, close to Chippenham, Bath and Tetbury and is an ideal base from which to explore one of England’s prettiest areas.
