Welcome to Wales, where just a hop across the border from England feels like you've entered a new world entirely. This compact country boasts inspiring hills, formidable castles and moody coastlines of crumbling rock and golden sand.
From the moment you arrive, Cailean House embraces you in its magical atmosphere. That grand hallway leads to a series of inviting and comfortable rooms. Kick back in the delightful, light-filled sitting room, cosy up in the TV snug, and enjoy sociable lunches and dressed-up dinners in the large dining room. The modern kitchen is designed for big sociable parties, with a generous American fridge freezer, a huge range cooker and and not one, but two, dishwashers.
Enjoy unspoilt views through the generous windows, which bathe the rooms in natural light. Outside, explore the 5.5-acre grounds, enjoying views of Schiehallion, an almost perfectly-formed mountain and one of the easiest Munros to bag. Drinks on the patio are a must when the sun is shining.
Cailean House is a stunning Scottish retreat for weddings, group getaways or corporate entertaining. Enjoy exclusive use of the house and grounds, with or without staff. We highly recommend taking advantage of the catering service which includes delicious meals, using local produce and cooked by talented chefs.
