Yes, children are welcome at Windermere Sanctuary, with a highchair and cot available on request (please provide your own cot bedding).
Up to two dogs may be allowed, but only by prior permission from the owner (at a charge of £75 per dog). Generally, the owner will be happy to accept up to two dogs on the condition that they only have access to the large open-plan kitchen living area and no other areas of the house, they are over 2 years of age, are house trained and don't chew.
You can proceed to make a booking request online, but we may ask for additional information about your dogs ahead of confirming your booking.
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.
There is plenty of parking for 10+ cars at Windermere Sanctuary.
There is a 22KW type 2 Pod Point EV charger installed at the property. This will be charged at cost (the charge is tracked on an app).
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Windermere Sanctuary, and check out is at 10am.
The dining tables in the dining room and kitchen at Windermere Sanctuary can seat 8 guests comfortably (or up to 10 with additional chairs).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Windermere Sanctuary. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
We're sorry, but the maximum number of guests at Windermere Sanctuary must not exceed 10/12.
