In this 19th century farmhouse complex for up to 20 guests, you can spread yourselves out across four delightful living spaces. Deep in the Cotswolds, with seven acres of gardens and orchards, plus an outdoor pool, Stowmeadow Farm consists of a main farmhouse, a cottage, a converted stone barn and a converted Dutch barn.
Across the properties, characterful beams meet Crittall windows; rustic wood furnishings complement mellow stonework; and country kitchens incorporate Aga, Miele and Smeg appliances. Log burners and open fireplaces create a cosy ambience, while the Sonos sound system reminds you that your 21st century essentials are here too. Your accommodation is spread across the farmhouse, cottage and stone barn, in luxury ensuite king and super king bedrooms, some of which can be turned into twin rooms.
The stunning Dutch barn is your entertainment space, where the well-equipped kitchen and a huge dining table make for memorable meals. There’s a lounge area where you can gather for drinks, and a steam room, cinema room and gym to add to the fun. Throw open the doors to the outdoor swimming pool, one of the most luxuriously British you will encounter, designed as an infinity pool against the backdrop of orchard views.
Outdoor life is well catered for, with patios and terraces, a large Big Green Egg and gas barbecue at the Dutch barn and three further barbecues at the other properties. Make time too, for a game of tennis or football on the AstroTurf court.
Stowmeadow Farm is surrounded by pretty Cotswold villages for pub lunches, fine dining and afternoon teas, and the Daylesford farm shop is close by too. All in all, it’s perfect for a family or friends’ holiday.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for up to 10 cars at the property.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Tesco or Sainsbury's for a delivery direct to the property. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Stowmeadow Farm. Please bring your own cots and highchairs. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the outdoor swimming pool.

Are pets allowed?
One well-behaved dog per Farmhouse and Cottage are allowed (i.e. a maximum of two dogs), for no additional charge. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Sorry, Stowmeadow Farm is not suitable for hen or stag parties. We politely ask that this is respected.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
There is a large dining table in the Dutch Barn that can seat up to 20 guests. There are smaller dining rooms in both the Farmhouse and the Cottage.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is Kingham (4 miles).

What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airports are Birmingham (46 miles), Luton (70 miles) or Heathrow (74 miles). For private aircraft, Oxford airport is 21 miles away.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Stowmeadow Farm. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
