Shorecliff Manor might just be the perfect seaside holiday house. Sleeping up to 22 guests, it stands above a sandy beach, capturing the Norfolk light and serving up spectacular sea views.
There’s a touch of seaside nostalgia about Shorecliff Manor, but there’s nothing old fashioned about the 80” Smart TV in the drawing room, the superfast Starlink Wi-Fi and the speaker systems, inside and out. As for the two kitchens, there’s everything from a Teppanyaki plate to a Siemens steam oven, opening up a world of culinary fun.
When you’re feeling sociable, the place to be is the open plan kitchen, dining and living space, where everyone can join in the conversation. When the sea is restless, sink into sofas in the glow of the inglenook fireplace in the drawing room, play pool or table tennis in the games room, or hunker down for a film. And when soft sunshine warms the air, spill into the one-acre gardens, splashing about in the 10m pool, lolling on the loungers or chatting in the hot tub. Step through the garden gate and take the path down to the beach, where endless hours of sandcastle building and sunbathing await.
Later, enjoy beers and cocktails on the terrace. Fire up the barbecue for supper and, after a dazzling sunset, light the amazing fire wall to stay cosy. When the sea air finally works its magic on you, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in one of the eight luxurious bedrooms, which are spread across three floor and all decorated in restful tones.

We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Shorecliff Manor just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 4pm if checking out on a Sunday).

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for up to 20 cars at the property.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose, Sainsbury's or Morrisons for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Shorecliff Manor. Two travel cots (cot linen provided) and one highchair are available on request. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times as the outdoor pool is not fenced and children can access the beach from the garden.

Are pets allowed?

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Respectful hen parties are welcome. Respectful stag parties are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
There are two indoor dining spaces at Shorecliff Manor. The dining table in the kitchen & family room can seat up to 12 guests. The two dining tables in the second kitchen & dining room can seat up to 22 guests. There's also outdoor dining space for up to 30 guests.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Shorecliff Manor. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

How do I book?
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
