There’s room for all the children, granny and grandpa, and even the dog in this boutique-style holiday home in Bournemouth. When a big family holiday by the sea is just what you need, pile in and make yourselves at home.
Enjoy the seaside vibes of the whitewashed walls, shabby chic cabinets and bleached wood and sea grass details. The bright breakfast kitchen is the heart of the house and here you can sit around the table planning your seaside days. It’s open plan into the sitting room, so no one’s left out of the conversation. There’s also a cosy seating area outside with a barbecue, where you can gather in the evenings. It doesn’t need to be big because right at the end of the street you have all the open space your heart could desire, with seven miles of soft Bournemouth sand and the sea beyond stretching to the horizon. The same sea you can peek at from some of the bedrooms.
In the heart of the town, Sandshore House is also ideal for hen weekends or friend-group holidays, with the nightlife just round the corner. When you’ve danced the night away, choose from three luxurious bedrooms on the first floor, three on the second, and a full suite on the lower ground floor with double bedroom, kitchen and sitting room that has a sofa bed (additional charge for sofa bed). This opens onto the split-level garden terrace. With doubles, bunk beds and even a four-poster, you’ll be able to keep everybody happy. What to Expect
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Sandshore House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 11am.

Please note there is no parking at the property. There is free street parking or a public car park nearby.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Sandshore House. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Children's toys are also provided.

Are pets allowed?
Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Sandshore House, subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties (where the average age of the group is over 28 years old) are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Tesco for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £800 during your stay at Sandshore House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

How do I book?
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
