Welcome to Wales, where just a hop across the border from England feels like you've entered a new world entirely. This compact country boasts inspiring hills, formidable castles and moody coastlines of crumbling rock and golden sand.
If your party is larger than 10, you can choose to accommodate extra guests in the Stable Rooms, just a stone's throw from the house (not included in our website prices). If you'd like to add the Stable Rooms, please ask at the time of booking as their availability is not guaranteed and may be used by the Equestrian Centre.
The 12 Stable Rooms are all en-suite and include two which are adapted for wheelchair users. They are available at £180 per room for a 3-night weekend, £180 for 4-night mid-week stay or £300 for a week stay.
As well as private stays, Home Farm lends itself to corporate getaways. With plenty of space to gather your team and countless areas for breakout groups, it’s a calm and elegant oasis, where ideas flow and productivity becomes easy. After a hard day’s work, the pool is great for downtime, and the five bedrooms can be supplemented with up to twelve rooms in a converted stable block within the grounds, which can be booked at additional cost.
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Home Farm just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

The property is based in the grounds of an equestrian centre, set in rural countryside. The equestrian centre being close to the property will have little or no impact on your stay. The main training is carried out in a large building some distance from the house. The immediate gardens that wrap around the house are completely private and exclusively for guests' use.

Yes, two of the 12 Stable bedrooms are adapted for wheelchair users. Most of the main areas on the first floor of the house are accessible for wheelchair users.
Market Harborough mainline train station is around 15 minutes’ drive from Home Farm. Taxis can usually be picked up outside the station entrance.
Nearest airports: Birmingham (45 minutes), East Midlands & Luton (75 minutes) and Heathrow (135 minutes).
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Home Farm, and check out is at 10am.
Home Farm is not a suitable venue for a stag party, however hen parties may be considered. Please contact us ahead of booking.
There is parking for 4 cars on the main drive in front of the house, plus there is additional parking available at the back of the house if required.
The orangery has a large dining table which seats 16-20. There is also an additional table which can seat 8 in the adjoining kitchen. There is a further dining room with a more intimate dining table for smaller groups of 6-8.
Yes, you can order online for a delivery on the day of your arrival (please arrange for after your check in at 4pm).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Home Farm. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
The additional 12 bedrooms are an optional extra and not included in our website prices. This gives you the flexibility to add between 1-12 extra bedrooms to suit your party. They are priced at £180 per room for a 3-night weekend stay, £180 for a 4-night mid-week stay, or £300 for a week stay.
