We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Colescomb Manor just perfect. In all of our country houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a family group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 3pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
There is parking for around 10 cars at the manor.
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose or M&S for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 3pm on the day of arrival. Deliveries must be met by guests unless otherwise arranged.
Children are very welcome at Colescomb Manor. Cots and highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, children are not allowed in the pool area unsupervised. The gym and sauna are also out of bounds for children. Parents should supervise children at all times as there are large areas of open water (including an ornamental pond).
One well-behaved dog is allowed at Colescomb Manor at no extra charge. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
Sorry, Colescomb Manor is not suitable for hen or stag parties. We politely ask that this is respected.
The dining table in the medieval-style banqueting hall can seat up to 22 guests.
For an extra charge, you can hire Colescomb Manor's highly skilled private chefs and waiting staff. All meals are planned ahead of your stay and menus are tailored to you and your guests, from breakfast to afternoon tea and special-occasion dinners.

The nearest private airports if you are flying yourself are Staverton (14.8 miles) or Oxford (42.4 miles). The nearest commercial airports are Bristol (53 miles), Birmingham (68 miles), Heathrow (88 miles) or Gatwick (116 miles). Helicopter landing is available at Colescomb Manor.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £7,500 during your stay at Colescomb Manor. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
