The Chef-to-Concierge Collection is our hand-picked selection of big houses that offer many of those extra touches that make your stay all the more special. It could start with afternoon tea or glass of Champagne on arrival and only gets better and better. It’s a 5-star hotel experience in beautiful surroundings that are all yours. And it means you can truly unwind and use your time to enjoy all the luxuries of your house.

Whether you’re planning a dream holiday and don’t want to lift a finger, a corporate event and want everything to run smoothly, or you are used to having staff to ease you through the day, the Chef-to-Concierge Collection ensures you will be looked after in the way you deserve.

The team looking after you includes a chef to cook your meals, who can work with you in advance to agree your unique requirements, from formal banquets and party buffets to catering for food allergies. It includes a butler or other housekeeping staff to do everything from turning down your beds and changing your towels to ensuring that there’s a fire in the hearth each evening. It can include a concierge to organise events and activities for your group or party and make sure everything runs smoothly during your stay. Importantly, it’s bespoke to you; whatever your heart desires, it’s our mission to make it happen and to make your stay as relaxed and happy as it can possibly be.

  • What staffing is included?

    The details of staffing included in your stay will be discussed with you at the time of booking, as it can vary from house to house.  Generally speaking, our Chef-to-Concierge properties come with a team of talented professionals, including a House Manager, Housekeeper, Chef, and their teams, to ensure the house runs perfectly for your stay. 

  • Will I be able to make food selections?

    Yes, our properties’ Chef and teams will discuss the food offering, which will be designed around your preferences and tastes. The Chef will be able to guide you as to what is in season, and often included ingredients that are locally sourced, or even home-grown on the Estate.

  • Will the house staff be able to arrange activities?

    Yes, our house teams have in-depth knowledge of the local area including the best things to do, from local leisurely walks right through to adrenalin inducing recreational sports.
