We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Cairnloch Estate just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a family group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
There is ample parking to the side and rear of the house for up to 6 cars. An EV charging point is available on request (small charge).
Yes, you can order online with Tesco for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Children are very welcome at Cairnloch Estate. One travel cot and two highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen) as well as plastic cups, plates and bowls (for 4). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times as the house is located on a working, organic farm with livestock and there is also a duck pond and stream on the estate.

Up to four small, well-behaved dogs (two in the main house and two in the annex) are allowed at Cairnloch Estate, free of charge (up to three dogs maximum if larger breeds). Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
There is a large garden to exercise your dogs and lots of lovely places to walk on the estate and in the local area. Dog bowls, two large crates, blankets, towels and treats are provided.
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.
The dining table in the main house can seat up to 14 guests.

The annex is part of the main house (at the rear) but please note there is no access into the annex from within the main house. There are approximately 20 steps from the main house to the annex. Â

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £600 during your stay at Cairnloch Estate. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
