Three Little Pigs, a house made with straw bales, invites you to relax in natural surroundings and reclaim your inner peace. The straw bales in this case are engineered into a steel frame, clad in larch to create a warm and welcoming house. Relax into the shabby chic, unique world of this Oxfordshire escape, with its Art Deco finishes and picture windows. Float through light-filled spaces where indoor planting gives you the benefits of nature’s calming palette. Sink into sofas in the one of the many seating areas, make amazing meals in the well-equipped kitchen - full of Miele appliances - and serve them in the atmospheric dining room.
Step into your outdoor space, where there’s a natural swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area, "floating" firepit deck, and party deck at the end of the garden. Play pool or darts in the fully enclosed games room, detox in the sauna and soak in the hot tub, before an al fresco meal with fairy lights reflecting off the water and glinting through the greenery.
Back inside, bioethanol burners keep you cosy, while the Sonos sound system gives you music wherever you go. At bedtime, drift into a refreshing sleep in one of the six bedrooms. Choose the master bedroom for its huge Caeser bed and bathroom with Japanese toilet, take a room with a mezzanine sleeping area for the children, or pick the ground floor library room and read yourself to sleep. What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for at least 10 cars at the property.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Three Little Pigs. Cots and highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the unfenced natural swimming pool.

Are pets allowed?
Up to three well-behaved dogs are allowed at Three Little Pigs, subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Hen parties are allowed (over 25s only), but sorry we're not able to accept stag party bookings at this property.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado or M&S for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
The dining table seats up to 15 guests (can be extended to fit 22 guests).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Three Little Pigs. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
