Marvel at the Great Malvern Priory which has a history spanning nearly 1,000 years, then take a tour of the Morgan Motor Company to see this iconic British brand being made. The Three Counties Showground is just a short walk away from The Malvern Lakehouse, so time your stay for the famous Three Counties Show, the RHS Spring Garden Show or the Autumn Show.
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at The Malvern Lakehouse just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
There is a large driveway at the front of the house that has space for 10-12 vehicles (more parking is possible on request).
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose or Morrisons for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4-5pm on the day of arrival. Both supermarkets are also just 5-10 minutes away by car.
Yes, children are very welcome at The Malvern Lakehouse. A travel cot and highchair are available (please bring your own cot linen). Please note that children should be supervised at all times while outdoors as there is a pond and lake at the bottom of the garden.

The dining table can seat up to 20 people. Al fresco dining for 20 people is also possible on the patio (large teak table with rattan chairs and benches).

Yes, yoga sessions, pamper sessions, paddle boarding experiences/courses, open water swimming sessions, a personal cocktail maker and a private Michelin trained chef can all be arranged for guests during their stay. Outdoor cinema and games such as large football darts, children’s games and inflatables are also available. Details on request.
Yes, stag and hen parties are accepted at this property. Please note no glitter or glow sticks are permitted and outside noise is restricted to 11pm.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at The Malvern Lakehouse. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
