Suffolk Stables is connected with The Barn (with an inter-connecting door) to sleep a total of 14. The Barn has wonderful exposed beams and flagstone floors giving it a rural charm combined with modern luxury. It has a fantastic first floor sitting room where you can hide away in luxury and take in the view or watch the HD LED TV. With three double bedrooms, and four bathrooms, together the two properties are ideal for family groups.
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Suffolk Stables and Barn just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

The pool and tennis courts are shared with other local properties Yoxford Manor, Garden's Edge, House on the Moat and Suffolk Farmhouse.
The pool is sheltered in a hollow and accessed via a series of spectacular grass terraces designed by the renowned landscape architect Kim Wilkie. The swimming pool and hot tub are heated from 1 May to 30 September.
Yes, all bedrooms are on the ground floor.
High chairs and cots can be provided at Suffolk Stables and Barn. Please let us know in advance. We do request that guests provide their own bedding for cots.
We don’t allow fireworks as they can frighten the livestock.
Darsham station is approximately 1.5 miles from Suffolk Farmhouse. Collections and drop-offs can be arranged.
The closest international airport is Norwich International which is approximately 40 miles away. London Stansted is also easily accessible at approximately 78 miles. Both can accommodate private jets. There is also a private airstrip adjacent to the Estate which is available by prior arrangement.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Suffolk Stables and Barn.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at Suffolk Stables and Barn. We ask that guests keep their dogs on a lead in and around the Estate ensuring dogs do not worry the livestock.
Helicopters can land in the parkland near Suffolk Stables and Barn by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss.
Arrival time is 4pm onwards with a departure time of 11am. Later departure time can be arranged on request (at additional charge).
