Beachfront luxury on England’s south coast
It’s rare to find a large, luxury holiday home with direct access to the beach on England’s south coast. And even rarer to find it in such an unspoilt location as this. The sea truly is the star at Sea Star, and you will find yourself gazing out to it from almost every room. Meanwhile, the gently whitewashed décor, punctuated by aqua blues, enhances the natural light that floods into the house and you can’t help but surrender to the seaside vibes.
The beachfront garden is designed for al fresco life. While the children play on the trampoline, relax on sun loungers on the huge, decked area, or bring cocktails out to one of the many seating areas. Dine under the pergola which has heating, lighting, two pizza ovens and a barbecue, or use the covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, making the most of the setting, whatever the weather. There’s a boathouse with kayaks, paddleboards and life jackets, or if you prefer a slower pace, just sink into the hot tub. In the evenings, gather round the big firepit and swap stories of your nautical adventures.
Back indoors, you can spread yourselves out while remaining sociable in the open plan kitchen, which has a dining area at one end and a comfy seating area at the other. Play pool, lounging on the blue velvet sofas between games, or discover the cinema room, which has proper cinema seats. The bedrooms match the seaside mood and many have spectacular sea views. All the bedrooms have TVs, there’s a four-poster on the ground floor, and there are seven bathrooms between the eight bedrooms. All in all, Sea Star is a stunning new beachfront property that’s perfect for a family occasion.

We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Sea Star just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 11am if checking out on a Sunday).

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for 8 - 10 cars at the property.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Sea Star. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). There is a children’s play area with large, netted ACON trampoline, swings, swing ball and basketball net. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the proximity of the sea.

Are pets allowed?
One well-behaved dog is allowed at Sea Star, subject to a fee of £50. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Sorry, Sea Star is not suitable for hen or stag parties. We politely ask that this is respected.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose, Tesco or Sainsbury’s for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
There are dining tables in the house dining room and the outdoor garden entertainment room which both seat up to 16 guests comfortably.

The nearest train stations are Ford or Littlehampton (both 5 miles).

The nearest airports are Gatwick (46 miles) or Brighton City (18 miles).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,200 during your stay at Sea Star. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

How do I book?
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
