Pippin Apple Barn Hero

Pippin Apple Barn The South West

A bright, bold and beautiful barn with a pool and spa

Let’s start with the pool and spa. It’s all yours, it’s huge and it’s beautiful, with checkerboard tiling, a soaring roof and glass doors out to the gardens. Here you can play in a heated pool with inflatables or get your morning lengths in, before relaxing in the sauna and hot tub.

The spa hall sets the scene for a fun-filled and memorable break in this amazing grain store conversion, with its exuberant décor, rustic charm and abundance of luxury features. This is the place to celebrate those big birthdays, happy occasions and family events. Draw up a list of your top 20 house guests and let the fun begin.

Pippin Apple Barn is the ultimate in modern barn living. You can celebrate together in the open plan living area, where the open space flows between modern low backed seating, the huge flatscreen TV zone and a spacious games area with pool, ping pong and table football. When it’s time to eat, the kitchen diner is all at once grand and cosy, an ambience created by clever design flourishes, such as backlit bare brick bookcases and the interplay of carved wood, raffia and big disco mirror balls!

The eclectic style vibes are redoubled in 10 ensuite bedrooms that combine opulence with comfort, from the flamboyant wall-mounted headboards and statement chandeliers to walk-in showers and luxury bathrobes. Follow the spiral staircase from the games room to the mezzanine floor, stepping past the giant chess set, to the epic ‘dorm room’ which can sleep up to 10.

Outside spaces include a barbecue island, a long al fresco dining table in a sheltered garden setting and a rooftop terrace. Here, you can sip sundowners with views of the 20-acre estate where alpacas, goats, micro pigs and chickens roam.

If you can drag the gang away from all the house-based fun, there’s plenty to do locally, with Longleat Safari Park five minutes away, Bath and Bristol nearby, London just an hour on the train, and many of England’s best Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty around you.
