Play pool with a view in the top floor entertainment room. Drop a floor to the sleek and sociable kitchen and dining room, where the designer chandelier provides another ‘catch your breath’ moment. After dinner, relax in the comfy lounge with a movie on one of Heatherbryn House’s large flatscreen TVs. When it’s spa time, head to the ground floor for the fabulous indoor pool area with added loungers, a sauna and a smaller pool for the children.
Ready for more surprises? Disappear into the cosy cave bar or opt for a hot tub with a view. With 1.5-acre grounds, that view come with privacy and space. Leave the children to the outdoor play area, with its climbing frame, giant chess and Connect 4, table tennis and mini football pitch. Grab your drinks and discover one of the many seating areas, including the terrace dining table and a fire pit area for when the sun dips.
The six-star experience extends to your bedroom. Chose the master room for a four-poster and a freestanding, roll-tap bath. What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for up to 20 cars at the property.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Heatherbryn House. Three travel cots (linen provided) and three highchairs are available on request. Children's toys, books and games are also provided. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the swimming pools, hot tub and children's play area.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Heatherbryn House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

How do I book?
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
