Escape from the world amidst almost 10 acres of private gardens at Greyburn Hall. Close to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Greyburn Hall is thought to be one of the last surviving Lincolnshire longhouses - with an added 18th century facelift. It has now been sensitively restored for life in the 21st century.
Take the weight off your feet in any of the plushily decorated reception rooms, where velvet sofas, stylish furniture and log burners set the scene for relaxed gatherings. Let your favourite tracks follow you through the house on the Bose and Technic sound systems, from the snug to the offices and into the drawing room. Keep the beat going in the gym, where you can challenge yourself on the Peloton.
The gardens are a highlight, and you can wander through the fruit orchard, cast a line in the stream-fed lake, or play games with the children on the lawns. Get sociable on the patio or one of the many other seating areas, including the walled courtyard. There’s a pizza oven, and barbecue, and dining space for everyone together. Later, gather round the firepit and watch the stars come out. In the colder months, cooking is a pleasure with the Miele double oven and microwave and the Aga. With air fryers, a cocktail blender and a coffee machine, you can cater to everyone’s every whim.
The eight beautiful bedrooms, most with spectacular views, include a family room, and there are three bathrooms. For a family celebration or a company retreat, Greyburn Hall, with its spacious rooms, extensive grounds and lovely location is the perfect choice.

What to Expect
We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Greyburn Hall just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for up to 10 cars at Greyburn Halll.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Greyburn Hall. A travel cot, highchair and bath seat are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Children's toys, outdoor games and a slide swing are also provided. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times as there is a large pond in the grounds.

Are pets allowed?
One small, well-behaved dog is allowed at Greyburn Hall, subject to a fee of £50. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Stag parties are not permitted at Greyburn Hall. Mature hen parties are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Tesco or Morrisons for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

The dining table can seat up to 16 guests.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Greyburn Hall. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
