Brockhall Park is a handsome Northamptonshire manor, surrounded by a historic estate. Its grand, double-height entrance hall sets the scene for your stay, combining classic good looks with a sense of opulence. In the mornings, gather in the light-filled breakfast room which has an open plan aspect with the kitchen, so everyone can be in on the conversation. Then, jump into the indoor pool, sneak away to the snug, or enjoy parkland views from the orangery. Sink into soft leather sofas in the drawing room with a drink from the bar and enjoy the ultimate movie experience in the luxurious cinema room.
Outside, let the children loose in the play area, set up games on the lawns, and explore the gardens, starting at the Koi carp pond on the terrace and taking in the giant chess and the hot tub. Al fresco meals are a breeze, with the Spanish-style outside kitchen which houses a BBQ and a pizza oven, and down at the lake is perfect for a picnic. Later enjoy stunning views from the orangery patio. For horse riders, there is stabling for up to six horses, an exercise paddock, 140 acres of hacking parkland, and bridleways criss-crossing the neighbouring countryside (additional charges apply to use the equestrian facilities).
When the day is over, peaceful sleep is assured in one of the five bedrooms, which are tastefully decorated and boast super king beds which can be made into singles, TVs and luxury bathrooms. Brockhall Park is well located for Silverstone race track, Althorp House and Stratford upon Avon.

We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Brockhall Park just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is plenty of parking for up to 10 cars (more if needed).

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Brockhall Park. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). A selection of children's toys is provided in the snug and there is a children's play area in the garden. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the swimming pool, hot tub and children's play area. There is also a pond on the terrace, a sudden drop from the ha-ha garden wall and a lake on the wider estate. There are other child friendly areas of the garden to play in.

Are pets allowed?
Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Brockhall Park, subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on soft furnishings or in the swimming pool.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Respectful hen and stag parties are sometimes permitted, but only by prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Tesco or Waitrose for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
The dining table can seat up to 12 guests comfortably. There are additional dining spaces in the kitchen and breakfast room (for up to 18 guests between the two rooms).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Brockhall Park. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
