We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Amberford House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius from April to October, in the winter it is set to 12 degrees Celsius (but can be raised to 28 degrees for an additional fee, with at least 2 weeks' notice).
Yes. There are three great pubs within walking distance of the house; The Amberely Inn, The Black Horse Inn and The Old Lodge. We’d recommend The Old Lodge in Minchinhampton which is around a 30 minute walk from the house or The Crown, which is about a 45 minute walk.
There’s also the Michelin Star restaurant, Wilder, which is just 1.2 miles away. Don’t forget to book ahead.
Woodchester Valley Vineyard, which you can see from the house, is also well worth a visit.

Yes. A cot (a proper cot) and a highchair are available - please bring your own cot linen.
Stroud Station is about 10 minutes' drive from the property.
Bristol Airport is about an hour’s drive from the property.
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Amberford House, and check out is at 10am.
Yes, you can order online at Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury's or Waitrose. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £3,000 during your stay at Amberford House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
There is a dining table at Amberford House that can seat 10 guests comfortably.
