Could there be a better location in the UK for a break? Head west for the mountains and coast of Snowdonia or into Lancashire and Cheshire for golf, shopping and country walks. Return to the city for a day at Chester races or Chester Zoo, a cruise on the River Dee, and a journey through history that spans from Roman life to 21st century café culture. You’ll need to stay for at least a week!

We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Riverside just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Riverside, subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
The indoor dining table at Riverside can seat 14 guests comfortably or 16 with a bit of a squeeze. There is also outside seating for 14-16 for al fresco dining.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival at Riverside, and check out is at 10am.

Is the house suitable for children?
Yes, children are very welcome at Riverside. The following are provided for children:

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Riverside. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
