We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Heath House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 4pm if checking out on a Sunday).
There is parking for up to 7 cars in the driveway, secured by electric gates. Please note the use of the garage is not included in the rental.
Children are very welcome at Heath House. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the indoor swimming pool and koi carp pond in the garden.

The dining table can seat up to 16 guests comfortably.
The overground train hub of Lewisham station is half a mile from the house. Fast trains are available to London Bridge in 8 minutes, Waterloo in 12 minutes and Charing Cross in 18 minutes. There's also direct DLR platforms to Canary Wharf. Alternatively, the new Thameslink service from Greenwich offers a direct London St Pancras service in 22 minutes, travelling on to Luton airport in 45 minutes (twice hourly).
The nearest airports are London City (8 miles), Heathrow (28 miles via central London), Stansted (38 miles), Gatwick (44 miles) or Luton (57 miles).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Heath House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
