Heath House Hero

Heath House The South East

A luxurious Victorian townhouse in the heart of London

Heath House has it all. A leafy London address, imaginatively restored Victorian grandeur and private, sunny gardens. With six bedrooms over three floors, it’s ideal for a family gathering or a special celebration.

Renovated by its architect owner, Heath House has the wow factor in every room. Step from the elegant entrance hall into the L-shaped reception space, where the grand piano and Versailles oak flooring complement an abundance of period detail.

Select the correct book and the bookcase opens electronically onto a breathtaking irrigated living wall spanning three floors. A spiral staircase takes you up to the entertainment room, complete with huge screen, fabulous backlit bar and views across the nearby heath. Go down the spiral staircase for the luxurious spa, where you can flit between the Himalayan salt sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Soak up the atmosphere that’s enhanced by two 3.5m linked cinema screens and a state-of-the-art sound system.

The living spaces are completed with the orangery, a lovely room with Crittal doors leading to an outdoor dining terrace. The gardens are lush and green and you can enjoy complete privacy for sunbathing, afternoon teas and twilight parties.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are every bit as luxurious as you would expect. The master bedroom on the first floor has far-reaching London views, and the ensuite bathroom has a glamourous reclaimed tub, rainfall shower and a Japanese toilet. There is another bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, plus a sofa bed which sleeps two in the self-contained guest apartment on the garden floor.

This stunning mansion has green and open spaces on your doorstep (Royal Greenwich Park is just a 5-minute walk away with the Royal Observatory, Planetarium and Queen's House, as well as the famous Greenwich Market), and is only an 8-minute train ride from London Bridge.
