We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Haygrass House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

There is parking for about 20 cars on the front drive.
Children are very welcome at Haygrass House. Two travel cots and two highchairs are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the outdoor swimming pool, two-storey treehouse and ornamental fountain.
Yes, up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Haygrass House, subject to a fee of £50 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
Mature stag and hen parties only are accepted at Haygrass House.
The dining room table can seat up to 20 guests.
Yes, you can order online with Sainsbury's, Tesco or Asda for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

The nearest airports are Exeter (29 miles) or Bristol (38 miles). It is also possible to land helicopters on the football pitch of Haygrass House (by prior arrangement).
Please note the equestrian facilities at Haygrass House are rented out separately but will have little or no impact on your stay (with separate access and located behind the house), with beautiful competition horses in the outer fields of the estate. If you like horses, please do go down to the fields to watch them but please do not try to either feed or pet them. Horses, especially highly trained ones, are temperamental animals and can kick or bite. Please ensure your children do not try to go near them unless their trainer is there. The immediate gardens around the house are private and exclusively for guests' use.
Haygrass House is located in the countryside, with the hum of motorway traffic only noticeable in the grounds. This will not detract from the enjoyment of your stay.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Haygrass House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
