We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Boleyn Hall just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
There is parking for up to 20 cars at the property.
Children are very welcome at Boleyn Hall. Please bring your own travel cots and highchairs. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the outdoor swimming pool and also due to the pond in the grounds.Â
Up to three well-behaved dogs are allowed at Boleyn Hall for no additional charge. Kennels are available in the grounds of the property. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings. Please note that dogs need to be supervised as there are horses and sheep in the fields surrounding the property.
Yes, you can order online with Ocado for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
The dining table in the formal dining room can seat up to 24 guests.

Respectful hen and stag parties are permitted, subject to prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
Please note there is a groom who will be on site every day to look after the horses. The stables are located a short distance from the house and therefore the groom's visits will have little or no impact on your stay.
The nearest train station is Needham Market for local trains (2 miles). For mainline trains, the nearest stations are Stowmarket (6 miles) or Ipswich (10 miles).
The nearest airport is Stansted (54 miles).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,500 during your stay at Boleyn Hall. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
