We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Meon House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, while there is a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering at Meon House, we can put you in touch with some very good local private chefs that can cater for you and your guests for a special celebratory meal, or for every meal during your stay.
Yes! The house is well-suited to children with a cot and highchair available.
Yes, you can arrange for a local supermarket to deliver to the property any time during your stay. We ask that the time booked is after your check-in time, as it’s possible the house-keeper won’t be at the property before that time.
The check-in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is at 10am on the day of your departure.
We’re occasionally asked for a late check-out, and while this is sometimes possible (with an extra fee of £200 up to 2.30pm), we can usually only confirm this on the week before your stay as it can sometimes depend on whether guests are booked in after your stay.
Yes, up to two well-behaved small dogs are welcome, for a fee of £50 per dog.

Yes, we ask for a refundable cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Meon House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
You can book online or by calling our friendly team on 01242 352 747. When booking, we ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the total price, with the balance payable 3 months prior to your stay.
