What do you do with a double height ceiling? You build a huge hammock of course. And that’s exactly what you get when you stay at Skyline House in the beating heart of Manchester. Sleeping up to nine guests, Skyline House is a modern, surprising townhouse with three bedrooms and two outdoor terraces.
Sink into the sofas in the main living area for lazy mornings, TV surfing and pre-dinner drinks. Now, look up - the luxury wall-to-wall hammock is above you. It’s a place for reading books, long chats about life, or just closing your eyes and daydreaming. A second cosy living area adjoins the hammock, with a velvet sofa and another TV.
The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped; the Tassimo ready for your morning coffee which you can take onto one of the two outdoor terraces. Skyline House keeps the surprises coming and the terraces are no exception. The first is made for relaxing, with a comfortable seating area where you can gaze at the city skyline. Up on the top terrace, you’ll find a ping pong table and a hot tub.
The three bedrooms comprise a double room with a roll-top bath and an ensuite wet room, a king-size ensuite bedroom, and a bunk room with space for up to five sleepy guests. And sleepy you will be after your days spent exploring the city, experiencing the nightlife and unwinding in the hot tub or hammock.

We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Skyline House just perfect. In all of our large houses to rent we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 3pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 11am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is free parking in the private garage for one small car.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Skyline House. One travel cot is available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Children's books and toys are also provided. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times as there are lots of stairs in the property and an open area to the hammock, as well as rooftop terraces (one with a hot tub).

Are pets allowed?
One well-behaved dog is allowed at Skyline House, subject to prior agreement, for no additional charge. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Respectful hen and stag groups (over 25s only) are sometimes permitted, but only by prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with any of the main supermarkets for a delivery direct to the property. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 3pm on the day of arrival.

The dining table can seat 10 guests.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is Manchester Deansgate (0.5 miles or 10-minute walk).

What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Manchester (10 miles). Trams travel direct from the airport to St Peter's Square which is a 5-minute walk from the property.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £500 during your stay at Skyline House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

How do I book?
You can check availability and pricing and place your booking request online, or by calling our team on 01242 352 747.
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
