We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Oldstone Hall just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 3.30pm on the day of your arrival at Oldstone Hall, and check out is at 10.30am.
There's ample parking available for 10-15 cars.
Children are very welcome at Oldstone Hall. 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available (please bring your own cot linen). There is also a kids' playground on the estate (a 10-minute walk or 4-minute drive from the property). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times due to the river and weir running through the grounds and also around the swimming pool.
Yes, up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Oldstone Hall. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
Sorry, Oldstone Hall is not suitable for stag or hen parties.
Up to 20 additional day guests can be invited by prior agreement, at a cost of £20 per person.
Yes, you can order online with Tesco or Sainsbury's for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 3.30pm on the day of arrival. There is also a farm shop on the estate for essentials.
The dining room has seating for 24 guests (two tables that seat 12 guests each).

The indoor swimming pool on the estate is shared with other cottages. A limited number of private bookable slots of 45 minutes can be made for you and your guests. The pool is located a 10-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) from the property. Dimensions of the pool: 10m x 4m.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at Oldstone Hall. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
