Ebrington Summer House
Situated in the parkland of Ebrington Manor is the lovely Summer House, standing against the backdrop of the spring-fed lake, between apple and pear orchards, with gorgeous views of the Cotswolds countryside. Built in the Queen Anne style, it was used by previous generations of the owner’s family as a banqueting hall, before being later converted to residential use.
There is a grand sitting room in the former banqueting hall with high ceilings and dual aspect windows, a fully equipped eat in kitchen and dining room plus a TV snug in the barrel-vaulted former cellar. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (one with a super king size bed and one with a king size bed) with two adjacent bathrooms. Outside, the two lawns have various seating areas (including an al fresco dining area) and a BBQ.
Price to add the Summer House to your booking: £495 per night (minimum stay of 3 nights).
Please note: the maximum capacity for Ebrington Manor, including use of the Summer House, must not exceed 16 guests. The Summer House is only bookable in conjunction with the main house.Â

Yes, very much so. However, parents should supervise children at all times, particularly because of the unfenced lake. There are also some stone steps around the garden which can become slippery when wet.
There are a huge number of footpaths crossing through the village, which include the continuation of the Cotswold Way from Chipping Campden. There are some spectacular walks, particularly up Ebrington Hill and around Foxcote House. There is also a great circular walk to the pub in Paxford.
You can also explore the local village of Ebrington. Ebrington Church is interesting - having been built in the 13th century, it is one of the oldest churches in the UK.
There is also a farm shop in the village which sells vegetables grown in the village (they quite literally carry boxes from the field to the shop) and has a really good café which serves coffee, breakfast, lunch and home-baked cakes. Simple but delicious food, using local produce wherever possible. A fish van (fresh fish from Grimsby) visits every Tuesday and an ice cream van is parked outside at the weekends in the summer. Also, the butcher is located next to the farm shop, selling local meat, pies, cheese.
Or at the end of a day of exploring, the award-winning pub - The Ebrington Arms - is just a short walk from the Manor.
