In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at The Priory.
The nearest mainline train station is Woodbridge Station, a 15 minute drive from The Priory. It's a 1.5 hour journey from London's Liverpool Street Station to Woodbridge.
Up to two dogs are welcome at The Priory (subject to a £25 fee per dog), but must be pre-arranged.
Yes, children are very welcome at The Priory and a cot and highchair are available.
Yes. The Oyster Inn Butley is just a mile away (about 25 minutes' walk).
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
Yes. We suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay at The Priory. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
There is lovely dining table at The Priory that can seat 20 guests comfortably.

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 3 months prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 3 months of your stay).
