We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Bacchus House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am (or 4pm if checking out on a Sunday).
There is parking for 20 cars at the property.
Yes, you can order online with Tesco, Sainsbury's or Morrisons for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Children are very welcome at Bacchus House. Two travel cots (linen provided) and two highchairs are available on request. Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the swimming pool, the hot tubs and play area. There is also an unfenced pond in the grounds.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Bacchus House, subject to a fee of £30 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
Respectful hen and stag parties are welcome at Bacchus House.
The dimensions of the outdoor swimming pool are 10m x 4m. The depth is 1.5m to 2m. Please note the pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of September.
The dining table can seat up to 20 guests.

The King's Head, Hythe (15-minute drive)
The oldest pub in Hythe. Superb ales and wine list. Dishes crafted from locally sourced produce are served all day every day, both in the traditional, relaxed bar and in the charming dining area.

At A La Turka, they take immense pride in serving dishes that originate from this culinary haven, known as the 'Food Paradise' due to its rich diversity and fusion of cultures from the ancient Silk Route.
Please note the groundsman lives on-site in the north field, which is situated away from the main house.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £2,500 during your stay at Bacchus House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
