There’s a relaxed vibe to Walnut Tree House. Throughout, the modern farmhouse style mixes an up to date colour pallet with classic features such as the reassuringly solid handcrafted pine dining table.
After a few tunes on the digital piano, it’s time for pre-dinner drinks on the 12m patio, where the garden stretches before you, giving way to a walnut tree orchard. When the sun sets, there’s no better place to be on a summer’s evening.
Did we mention the indoor swimming pool? We did? Well, how about the pool table and the 8-person outdoor hot tub, inviting you to enjoy a spot of stargazing and Champagne. Everyone in your party will find something to enjoy here.

You’ll find the idyllic Wyken Vineyards, planted in 1988, on a sprawling 1200-acre farm. Walk around the vineyard and discover how a massive 12,000 bottles are planted a year before exploring the ancient woodland nearby.
Sandringham Estate is the queen’s 8,000-hectare country retreat. Sandringham House has provided sanctuary for the royals since 1862, when it was the country residence for the Prince of Wales, the future King Edward VII.

Yes. We suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £1,000 during your stay. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
Yes, this is a pet friendly house and up to two dogs are welcome. These must be pre-arranged, and are subject to a £30 fee per dog.
No. The maximum number of guests is 20, and we ask that no additional guests are invited during your stay.
