Book a stay at The Beach House, Cornwall. Located right on the beach, in this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty, this is the ideal location for an activity holiday or for a relaxing getaway. The five spacious bedrooms all have balconies with uninterrupted sea views and the house is set off with luxury designer furnishings and local artwork. Away from the worries of the world but close enough to Padstow to enjoy a meal or two out and some shopping, this is a great location. And it’s all designed with luxury and comfort in mind.
Many of our properties are hundreds of years old, but this superb property has been built much more recently and its modernity is part of its charm. The living room is the place where everyone can gather together in cosy comfort around the Stuv wood burner. The large round games table is ideal for late-night board games or long chats over a late-night beverage. The cinema room has a 50” TV, a big, soft leather sofa which seats up to 20, along with beanbags and cushions. It’s a great place for the kids to chill out. The kitchen and dining area is fantastic, equipped as it is with luxury appliances by Gaggenau. And get this: the bespoke dining table has been brought over all the way from New York. No expense has been spared in creating the utmost in luxury.
With driftwood and huge storm lanterns you almost feel as though the beach extends into the house! As an alternative, you can always move out towards the beach as the doors open out from the dining room to the garden making it easy to move between the two – perfect for when you’re having a summer evening BBQ.

Luxurious bedrooms for everyone
There are five great bedrooms with ViSpring beds. Two of the bedrooms have oak four-posters! As you would expect, they all have en-suites but you might not expect the luxury of Fired Earth and Island Stone tiles, Hansgrohe deluge showers and Castello baths. Go on, spoil yourselves! The house has been cleverly designed to ensure every bedroom has a stunning sea view. And once again, the seaside location is celebrated by the décor: the deck-chair colour scheme, the bleached wood, the quirky tree-trunk stools and the comfortable egg-shaped baths are a real treat. And for the pièce de résistance, the master suite has a stand-alone Castello bath, perfect for relaxing in the evening with a hot bubble bath, looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean.

Yes, it's a café, but the food here pushes the boundaries of what you’d expect from a café. Expect a wonderful laid-back vibe with excellent food.
Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is situated at the top of Port Isaac, boasting views of the Cornish coastline. Awarded Best Restaurant in The Waitrose Good Food Guide 2018 and 2019.
Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac
Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen is located within a 15th century fisherman’s cottage overlooking the harbour at the bottom of Port Isaac. The UK's best restaurant for 2018 according to The Good Food Guide - is well worth a visit.
Opened in 2019, this pub has Sharp’s Brewery leading on the beer offering and an excellent menu designed by Paul Ainsworth and joint Head Chefs, Joe Rozier and Tom Dawes focusing on British classics while championing the best of local produce.

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £2,000 during your stay at The Beach House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
