We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Daleside House just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.
Yes, children are very welcome at Daleside House. 2 cots and 1 travel cot (please bring your own cot linen) plus 5 highchairs are available.
Yes, 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at Daleside House (£100 per dog). We ask that dogs sleep in the kitchen overnight. Also, please keep dogs on a lead in the gardens as there is livestock in the fields surrounding the property.
The dining table can seat between 16-20 guests.
There is parking for up to 40 cars at Daleside House.
Outdoor pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, orienteering and paintballing can be arranged within the grounds of Daleside House.
The nearest train station is Matlock (3 miles).
The nearest airports are East Midlands airport (37 miles) or Manchester airport (39 miles).
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £2,000 during your stay at Daleside House. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).
